Again, great freaking work honestly! But the business practice side of raising rates out of no where and having the customer pay just to pay, I don't think is right.

Honestly, I rarely give low comments because I am a very forgiving person. But when you feel taken advantage of, its different. I honestly think we got Bait and Switched on with the prices and what we were going to pay. I feel that what ever the insurance said they would cover, Precision was just going to add more on top of that for the customer to pay, even if it was all covered. We had no warning, every estimate we got had insurance covering everything, even the initial raise in the estimate. Then when its time to pick up the car, we had to pay more on top of everything!

Even though the overall CS was good, my only complaint was the cost. For the very minor repair of a small stone chip on the center of the hood, I felt $1,100 was excessive.

Took too long to get in. Porsche had the car too long.

Seemed like who ever I talked to the didn’t have correct info or they did not know answer. I was told someone would get back to me “tomorrow” and I would not get a call back. I had to call back several days later. My impression was that there were too few staff and too many cars needing service. Now I am reluctant to drive my car for fear of an accident which might disable my car for 6 months or more.

very happy with the work, customer service was good, everyone I worked with was very pleasant and helpful, communication was fine but could have been better, repairs took longer than originally anticipated and I had to check in to find out when my vehicle would be done
