This was one of the worst commercial experiences of my life. I can't think of anything that Precision could have done worse.

I'd need several paragraphs to outline how bad the service was - from providing misleading information to start, to sending my car to the wrong place, then starting over only for it to sit for 6 weeks with no one looking at it. I could go on and on...incredibly poor experience.

Great start to finish experience. They were able to get my car in for repairs within just a couple of days, helped arrange towing, communicated clearly and often of what was being done. Elizabeth even stayed on top of my vacation schedule in communicating when repairs were completed! My repairs are great, no issues at all. Great company to work with, will absolutely be back if ever needed.

On top of everything else, the final bill was more than 20% higher than the estimate. Most of that was taken off for goodwill but again at no point in the process was I told the final amount was going to be $500 more than my estimate. The final surprise was having to pay the entire bill myself when I was under the understanding that they would bill my insurance company directly.
