They communicated really well, with updates throughout the process of repair. There were a few areas of hidden damage that extended the repair time (new parts were ordered) however this was a known possiblity and they completed the work very quickly once the parts arrived. I also appreciated that they were the most available shop in Bend. My car was repaired 3 months sooner than some other shops would have let me drop the car off.

Precision Auto Body was able to paint a mirror cap cover for me in a very timely manor. The paint looks great. They also had great communication throughout the process (estimate to completion).

Car looks great! Some of the communication was lacking and the time of repair was longer than usual but overall they do a great job with repair. I know getting parts is taking longer at this time and I got updated texts through out the repair process.
