Not a great experience for me. I thought I'd be out just my deductable, ended up costing me a lot more to get the car repaired when it wouldn't start after dropping it off at the shop.

everyone was very friendly but communications were not great about loaner cars, estimated completion, and service completion when car wouldn't start and had to be taken to a mechanic.

Precision staff were so nice and efficient. Eli and McKenzie were doing such a fantastic job. 20 stars for both them. Stars can only go to 5. They got my 20 stars. My car was put back together wonderfully. I will definitely recommend their service to family and friends.
