The quality of work was very good and I would rate the work as a 10. The timeliness of repair I would rate 2. I was asked to bring my car in and when I did initially the parts weren't even ordered. When I brought it back a great deal of additional parts were needed and had to be ordered. Then I was told my car was sent to the Toyota dealership only after I called to ask why it was taking so long. The final price was also over the approved amount so in order to get my car I had to pay above my deductible. All the staff members were very polite and courteous. I just wish the timing and pricing were accurately described. I am happy to discuss and review.
