When I picked it up, the car was outside and Matt and I looked over the fender fix and blend. Looks pretty good out in the daylight. Not so much when indoors, you can tell the yellow doesn't quite match the factory color. I know I'm picky as hell, but when I spend $3600 to fix a scratch/very minor dent on the fender, I expect it to be 99+%. I'm also disappointed that the car was not clean like the way I dropped it off. Interior had primer dust everywhere, the left front wheel was dirty with wet Sanding yuck, under the battery cover had sanding dust everywhere (this was spotless when I brought it in), exterior feels like it has overspray, the drivers door panel is not installed correctly, it's loose on the top where the window seal is, and the Porsche Emblem on the hood was reinstalled crooked. And I specifically didn't want anyone driving it (didn't initial that box on the contract for a reason) and yet it went on a 12 mile "test" drive! Unacceptable. I feel like I didn't get the service I expected after the referral from Porsche of Bend. Casey

Billing is vary bad. If you have problems with an insurance company fix. Don't leave the customer hang with a big bill with no help on how to go further. This is the second time I used you. First time was great . Don't except good referral from me.

I had the best experience here, this was my first accident and I heard how good of a job this shop has done so I knew I had to try it out. Elli and Evelyn in the office were the absolute best, I called them all the time and they were always happy to talk to me and keep me updated. Steven was the main technician who worked on my truck and he does the best body work, totally amazing team. 10-10 recommend and I will always refer them to anyone who needs a good auto body shop.
