It would be a "10" except for the fact that we drove to Costco, and the car died because the battery was totally discharged. Fortunately a tire shop employee gave us a jump start. We needed a new battery, but couldn't get it at Costco since they wouldn't install it. The battery is located in a very awkward location right behind the rear seat, and I am not strong enough any more so could not even remove the old one. We ended up going to Les Schwab for an off-brand unit which they installed for us.
