Everything seemed great all throughout but when returned after having our vehicle for over a month they didn’t walk around with us to show their work and it was dirty and dusty all on the outside. It was night so we came home and had to look at everything with a flashlight. It’s been a couple weeks so far since having it back and all looks great. Super happy with their work but super dissatisfied with their lack of care handing back to us.

I am so glad i chose Precision Auto Body and Paint to fix our 2013 BMW 328i. When I met Dan, he was friendly and cared and was honest. They did a great job and I highly recommend them ! Everything rises and falls on leadership and Dan’s leadership has affected the whole business in a great positive way. Everyone was so helpful.

Again-Elizabeth was really the only person we had contact with, and she was great. We appreciated the help with Farmers Insurance, and are still battling with them. They are trying to say that the shop length of repair was excessive, but we had communication from the shop about each delay so we are trying to battle them for the difference for the repair and the 6 days of rental car charges that they say are the auto body shops responsibility for ‘taking so long’. Very pleased with Precision, frustrated to tears with Farmers Insurance.
