The front desk service was excellent. I just hope they communicated with me more on the days that I had to wait for my car and so therefore I had to pay from my pocket for the rental car the few days that I had to wait other than that they’re wonderful.

Communication. ,I always knew exactly what was going in with the repair. attention to detail, the all out effort to make things the best they can be. Remedied my experience pretty well with quality work/paint/repair… however the first time I dropped it off it took a week before I was contacted and told it would be triple the price plus 2 more weeks of service. Got second opinions from official Subaru places in Portland and price was normal but most offered to help decrease price since I was paying out of pocket. Still went with precision. Taillight was broken in repair that I think should not have been a super easy thing to break for it but anyway full price was put on me until I said something about it. Got my car back and work was good and customer service was 4/5 so not an awful experience but not great either.
