His patience with me and the insurance company gave me peace of mind that the job would be done to the highest level of equality. The job was finished early, which was most helpful and, relative to the quotes I received, the job was priced fairly. I highly recommend Precision for the repair of your Tesla.

Customer service was great! My fleet vehicle was pretty gross when I first received it and I never cleaned it. To my surprise the repair shop at precision did it for me without me asking, and it really feels like a new car! They waxed it and even the outside plastic trim looks new all around! The guys did a bang up job! Highly recommend.

Good communication. Good service overall. Car came back in good shape and had been cleaned inside and out. Disappointing how long it took to get the parts to get the work started but I don’t think that is the fault of precision.
