The front desk team was great and transparent with the process but the system that tracks the fix/pickup time can be a bit confusing and inaccurate. I sure if I had dropped off the car in person you guys would’ve let me know not to trust that system but it is what it is. In the end the team went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I took my car in on my scheduled appointment day and they didn’t even touch it besides moving it behind the gate until the next day. Which I was told when I called later the first day to get an update they were still doing tear down, but they hadn’t even touched it yet. Then I was told it would be 2-3 days to get the parts in and paint and once the parts got in, I would get a call to how long it would take to complete. They never called. When I called at the end of the week, they said my hood wasn’t in, then in turned in to none of my parts were in and they had no clue where they were. I then get a call back later saying they found the parts and they were in paint, and they had no clue why it was saying the parts weren’t there. When my husband went to pick the car up today (on a Saturday since he had to work) he found that they also broke a clip under the frunk that helps hold the plastic piece in place. To say I am extremely disappointed in this experience, is an understatement. Oh, and the link they send out that is supposed to give you updates on the vehicle status and estimate time of completion was never updated until they actually completed the car.
