I would suggest that you call your customer back before 2/12 days with an update. I dropped the car off at 8 A.M. on a Tuesday and the next thing I heard from you guys was an email at 11:20 A.M. on Thursday asking if I would approve the extra $600 over estimate. Phone calls are much better than emails and waiting that long to hear back makes it tough when renting a car.
