I've been using you guys for years. You've always done excellent work. I do have swirls I guess where my car was buffed. I'd like to get those out, but Devon said I could come by sometime and do that. The only problem I had during the whole process was a lot of times calling and no one was available to answer the phone

The process to get the repair was not great. Response times from your repair coordinator took a long time. Every time I called your facility I got voice mail with a general mailbox. Your phone system asks for last names and I was not given last names when your company left me vm. I never reached a live person when I called. I had to make several calls to coordinate between your coordinator and the fleet company. Many times they were waiting for a response from your coordinator that delayed the process.
