(I apologize if this review is duplicated) Cameron Snow was my contact at Preferred, he told it like it is. The service was credible and completed as promised. Granted, mine was an insurance claim. So, naturally Preferred is financially motivated to primarily serve them; their bread and butter. That said, I felt well cared for and all my questions were answered by Cam, even though it might have been unnecessary from his perspective. The outcome justifies my appraisal of the whole process.
