The work on the truck was excellent, but customer service needs some major work. We dropped our truck off on February 1. On February 2, we were told we should get our truck back around February 6 or 9. We called on February 9 to see what was going on (after not hearing from anyone) and we got a voicemail and left a message. We planned out our whole day so we would be available to go and pick up the truck. No one called us back. On February 11, we get a call that a part had been back ordered and wouldn't be in until February 28 or later. On February 12, we decided to get a rental car. On February 16, around 3:00pm, we get a phone call that the truck was ready! No communication about them receiving the part early, just a phone call saying our truck was ready.
