I was not in a rush to get my car back as I was lucky enough to have a rental. I was quoted three days for service, so toward the end of day three, a communication that it would not be ready would have been good. It was not ready for 2 more days, which, again I was fine with, but I was the one that had to reach out to get a status on day 4 and 5. The owner was very kind and professional. I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future! And my car looks good as new. Thank you

The only reason I would not recommend Premier is because the owner/operator keeps multiple animals in the lobby area, which leaves an unbearable smell for any visitors. Additionally, there is no waiting area or proper lobby area - it’s just their cramped and small office, which held no amenities, like coffee or water. That’s said, I wasn’t there for a significant amount of time (why would I be?), so if you can over look those issues…
