There was paint on the bed liner and on the top of the black tail gate mounding. Nothing severe, but more time should have been taken to unsure areas of the vehicle were properly masked off to prevent overspray and/or the painter should have payed more attention to detail.

1) it was dark when we were allowed to pick up the vehicle. Inspections are hard in the dark. 2) the vehicle appeared dirty with scuffs on door jambs, the driver side mirror was not cleaned up, 3) after a few days (daylight) we noticed there are wrinkles in the roof side-panels and the rack is squeaking (seems louder every day)

Took multiple phone calls by the customer (me) to coordinate drop off, pick up, and when parts were in. Dropped off vehicle for repair, walked through two small damaged area with front desk, went to pick up my vehicle after the repair and one of the two damaged areas was not repaired. Customer service was very lacking at this establishment which is a shame because the repair work is top notch.

Gloss black trim/Toyota emblem on the front bumper is very scratched from the disassembly and I noticed three paint bubbles in the paint. Small burn thru on drivers side near wheel well.
