What a wonderful experience as nutty as that sounds even talking about getting my Tesla Model 3 repaired after being hit twice by a Ram truck! Everyone at Premier Coach was friendly, professional and helpful with unbeatable communication throughout the process. My car is as pristine now as before the crash. Very highly recommend.

I appreciate the updates once the work had begun. Lisa was extremely accommodating in helping with the rental and transferring some of my items from one car to the other. Not having to get out of my car and going back and forth to the office was also convenient. The work on the car looks perfect, and I was glad to see that they had buffed out both front headlights and washed the car. I had actually brought it in clean and was glad that it came back the same way. My only issue was how long it took to get the replacement parts (door). Fortunately, I was able to drive the car while waiting. However, I didn't get the same updates while waiting on the part. I also would have liked Premier to have had communicated with my insurance company regarding the delay, avoiding them from canceling my rental car confirmation, which I had to reinstate. They are a very good company and I would highly recommend them. My family has used them in the past and has always been pleased. So glad USSA also recommends them!
