Pam, the customer service agent that helped me should teach a customer service class. From start to finish she was professional, courteous, and friendly. When I picked up my vehicle she waited for me after the shop closed so I wouldn’t incur a service charge on my rental.

I wrecked my 09 Corvette and Premier Coach fixed it BEAUTIFULLY in the time frame they gave me as well as coordinating with the rental car company my insurance used to pick me up and was able to leave the rental at PC, zero headache.I appreciated that touch. The personal phone calls with updates on progress was impressive as well. Another extra mile I didn’t expect. Premier Coach is a Class A+ act!
