You would think that with a bill of $10,500 dollars you would at least wash the bed out due to the fact that it was used. You took my fender flares off to install the new bed and there were originally on there and there were some scuffs on there you would think that you guys would scuff them up and spray them so there were no more scuff marks it would’ve have taken and extra hour at most which I’m pretty sure the insurance would’ve covered. I was talking some other friends that had work done at other body shops and they got a complete detail after getting the world done. I was told it would look like new when I got it back.

Minor concern about getting car in on 10/23, yet an update appeared to show work not started until 25 or 26. Cut it close on use of rental car. Any longer and I would've had to pay for extra days. I realize they're busy, mainly because they do good work, which I appreciate.

Premier does great work, no question. My concern this time was having to get my car there on a certain date, but apparently work didn't start for a day or two (according to carwise). This almost put me over the number of days for a rental car. I understand they are busy and in high demand.
