Very thorough review with Pierce of the inspection of the damage to the car by a fallen tree and explanation of the work to be completed. Excellent communication by Premier after I dropped off the car for repair. The work was completed within the time estimate provided. Very pleased with the result. I would like to hear from someone about my hood

I have a problem and a complaint. I just washed my car and it has paint coming off and chips on the hood that were definitely not there before taking it in. I keep it garaged and wash it regularly and know that those marks were not there before.
