I had an excellent experience. Manager gave me a good price compared to neighboring shop. To my surprise when I got car back it was detailed inside and it including tires. Repair job looked great. The repair itself was satisfactory, minus however I noticed when they washed my truck, it’s like they washed it outside in the heat, plus didn’t wash off the dust particles. Left hard water spots. There’s obvious swirls in the paint from whatever brush or rags they used while washing it. I mentioned this to Garry the service adviser. I understand he isn’t responsible for this. I informed him that I get this truck detailed monthly and had a paint enhancement done to remove any imperfections from the truck when I purchased it brand new. I didn’t expect it to get washed after the repair, while appreciated, unfortunately it’s evident of the imperfects left in my truck.

After my previous survey, I was contacted by Ronnie, the shop manager. Honestly, I was surprised my concerns were even addressed. I really wasn’t expecting that, and it meant a lot. He called and asked me to bring my truck back in so he could personally assess the detail work I’d mentioned. We set a time, I brought it in, and we walked around the truck together going through everything. To be clear, neither Ronnie nor the shop was obligated to do anything at that point. I would have completely understood if nothing came of it. This was actually my first time ever having a vehicle repaired, so I didn’t really know what to expect going in. But when I came back to pick up my truck later that same day, it exceeded anything I could have hoped for, he’d vacuumed the interior, shined the tires, and even put a fresh coat of wax on it. When I talked to Ronnie afterward, I told him straight up that I chose this shop because of how Garry, the estimator, represented it from the start, and now Ronnie was reinforcing that same standard. Garry set the tone early with his transparency, walking me through the process and communicating with me every step of the way. Then, after I raised a concern on a survey that I honestly assumed would just disappear into a file somewhere, I got a call from Ronnie within a day, ready to make it right. I know most people aren’t getting their vehicle repaired on a regular basis. But having worked in customer service myself, and now running my own business, I recognize what it means when staff like Garry and Ronnie treat a one-time repair customer like a repeat client. It tells me they’re not just trying to close out a job and move on, they actually care about the experience. If I’m ever in a position where my vehicle needs repair again, I’m telling my insurance company it has to be Premier. Outstanding customer service, and genuinely great people.

To be honest, I had some reservations at first as it was a shop referred to me by the insurance company. However, Gary and the staff were amazing throughout the process. My car was completed as stated and looks amazing! I would give them a 10, and will refer anthem to anyone who needs any work done on their vehicle

I have been a customer of Premier collision for several years. Business wise I have brought school buses, charter, buses, transit, buses, and other business vehicles for body repairs. The service has always been superb. Ronnie provides the best customer service this time as a couple times before it was my personal vehicle that was involved in a collisio I came to see Garry. He provided a fully detailed estimate to my insurance company within a few days. Parts were ordered and my car was dropped off a repair. He beat his own timeline of 7–10 days for the repairs to be completed. The vehicle was ready within five days. Outstanding service. I recommend Premier for auto body and collision work.Garry was professional and responsive. He provided excellent.
