Premier Collision got my van in to repair my bumper and got it done quick. I went to go pick it up and they put holes in the bumper when I asked them not to. But I spoke with the owner and they kept my van a few extra days repaired the holes and cleaned up my headlights for no extra charge.

They kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and always communicated in a timely manner. I never once felt out of the loop. The quality of their work was excellent—my car looks amazing and you’d never know it had been in an accident. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared.
