Very professional from the estimator, to the office staff and owner. The true character of the business shows when things go wrong. They had a problem with locating one part which delayed the job but they were good at keeping me informed. When the job was completed we were very happy with the repair and paint.

The shop kept us up to date on any issues. We went with an after market bumper. The shop wasn't satisfied with the fit so tried one other vendor which fit to their satisfaction. Appreciate the attention uh o detail. We are new to the area and would easily recommend the shop.

Was told truck would be done a specific day so called off rental and was never called to let me know truck was going to be a week later. Paint is noticeably bad.

Brought the car in with a small crack in the front windshield at the top near the rear view mirror that had been there for 1.5 years. Looked at the repairs on the back of the car before my wife drove it off. She called me 2 minutes after we left Premier and told me the crack was now all the way down the windshield. Immediately called back and spoke with Bill who told me Premier would take care of the problem since the windshield wasn’t like that when we brought it in. Heard nothing the following week until Thursday when I called and was told by another associate that Premier would not do anything since there was already a crack in the windshield. I felt that Bill wanted to go home at closing on a Friday when the issue arose and so told me whatever he needed to to get me off the phone. I took my car in with a windshield that was legal and left with a $500 repair that has to be made to legally drive my car again. 0/10 will not use Premier ever again and will dissuade family and friends from patronizing.
