Everyone from the staff answering the phones to the people you interact with inside the shop is polite and efficient. The icing on the cake, especially as it's an auto repair shop, is that it is so clean and neat inside!!!

Overall I thought that the customer service was okay, but I did need to reach out a few times for updates on the vehicle as the text message system was working inconsistently. The representatives at the shop were always respectful and polite when speaking

I was so happy that my mechanic sent me to Premium Collision Center. The shop was more than amazing. Just taking the car in was impressive. The office/waiting room was immaculate and so organized and welcoming. Then came the perfect customer service that lasted throughout my repairs and those repairs were tricky. I had bent the entire underside of my prize 1985 380sl. My contact was Art and boy was he on top of it. The car was there longer than we all expected only because they would not let it be released until it was perfect. ...And it is perfect. They must have corrected things I wasn't aware of because my car drives like a brand new car. The other thing I liked was that they worked with my Mercedes Mechanic shop to make sure everything on his end was perfect. I think you get the picture...I was overjoyed with the experience at Premium...
