I would rate my experience a 10/10. The team at Premium Collision Center Inc did an amazing job with my car repair and even finished the work earlier than the anticipated completion date. The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The staff was very professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire repair process. They went above and beyond by helping coordinate transportation to and from the rental place, which made everything so much easier for me during a stressful time. Special shout-out to Jackie, at the front desk for doing such an awesome job communicating with me, coordinating the repairs, and providing timely updates every step of the way. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend

Great service. They were very responsive to my questions and finished my car in a good amount of time. When I got it back, the repairs were perfect and they cleaned mg car as well. It looked good as new. One of the better experiences I’ve had working with a repair shop.

Absolutely the best service I have ever experienced in the automotive service. Every touch point was hand held with human kindness; especially the front desk staff and Nick. My insurance claim was handled seamlessly, with curb to curb service to the rental car company, which they offered to handle. (I could have called an uber myself to get the rental,, but to have a kind person, think ahead, and offer such efficiency, was very welcome.) I’ve never seen or experienced a personal touch, when dealing with cars, and I’m taking the time to say so - because it matters. Thank you so much!

The location is cleanest location , from office to work space. The employees are professional, kind and efficient from the front office/receptionist to the people in charge of your vehicle. The result was a perfect experience with excellent explanations given before, during and after the repairs. The commutation took place thru calls, texts and emails. The people had specific jobs and responsibilities and it made it easy for me to get clear answers at all times. They used their connections with the rental company to lower my rate and handled the return of the rental. Best business experience. First class attitude from the top person at the location is responsible for a fantastic service.
