Everyone was so attentive and helpful and Nick fixed my car in a day. He even fixed the scratches as a courtesy that my insurance didn’t allow to fix for the claim.

The repairs and communication went well, the only issue was that a part was delayed but that wasn’t the collision centers fault. Other than that, everything was great ! Nick was very helpful

My experience with Premium Collision was exceptional. First of all, their repair work was flawless, the staff extremely courteous and they kept me updated on the repair process in the EXACT way the said they would. With other repair shops, I'm told they would call a certain day, and they wouldn't. It always ended up having to chase them down to get answers and updates. This was. a refreshing change!

I am so happy that they insisted on factory parts, and not the OEM parts the insurance wanted to provide. My car is just a year old and they made it look brand new again! I'm so happy! They went above and beyond!

I was so impressed by the constant communication, which started from before they even received my car! They kept me in the loop the whole time. And I loved that everyone on the team was informed, so when I called they knew my case and I didn't have to explain to them who I was and which car was mine, every time I called.

Everything seemed great when I picked up my car however after driving it home, I noticed the bumper came out of alignment due to improper installation. Additionally, I noticed a piece of the molding was missing which had to be ordered and replaced. Lastly, my battery was not reinstalled correctly causing the car to die. The collision center fixed all of these issues for me, however they should not have occurred in the first place.
