Every person was very nice and professional. All of the front desk employees and Nick were super efficient, personable and made us feel confident. The car looks great. And the process was easy with constant updates on the car.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The one glitch was that there were some issues with managing the completion dates that appear to have been more about the Insurer than the staff at Premium Collision Center. The work itself was really well done, and the car pretty much looks as good as new!

This is a great shop and everyone is super helpful and friendly. I did notice that the molding they replaced under the window appears to be a bit misalighned, so I will be taking the car back to see if they can check it for me.
