After getting into a car accident, most people are already so stressed. Premium collision center were so incredibly helpful and kind to us when we brought our car in. When the rental car company did not come pick me up fast enough, one of your staff called a different car rental company and they came right away. This is going above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The customer service is some of the best we have received anywhere. And to be perfectly honest, the car looks better than when we brought it in. We appreciated that the car was also clean and detailed when we picked it up. We would absolutely recommend your services to anyone who needs car repairs. And, on a personal note, thank you for the kindness you showed when we ended up having to pick up the car, only a few hours after our dog died.

When the rental service was taking too long to send a car, one of the premium Collision center staff called a trusted rental service, and I was very appreciative of the assistance. Also, our dog died the day we picked up our car, and the staff was very compassionate towards us.

I particularly appreciated their communication. From the beginning they explained what needed to be repaired, how approvals would work with insurance and approximate time frame. Throughout they updated me and finally completed ahead of schedule. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional.

Little bit of hardened wax or some substance on my driver side mirror that I didn't notice at the time. But, assuming it will come off with the next wash. All the actual body work seems to be of good quality, and the communication and professionalism from the team was top notch throughout the process.
