I have two concerns. I never envisioned that the repair work would take almost four weeks. In similar situations I would suggest that you alert the owner to the long wait for parts . Secondly, we had to return to prestige after getting home because of the loud sound our car made when backing out ofthe garage. We drove back to Prestige and were reassured that the sound is normal when a Tesla has been off for weeks.
