Overall the customer care and communication was excellent. The explanation about the overall repair process and expected completion timeframe was accurate. The overall appearance of the repaired area was also very good, only noticed one very slight paint inclusion, but that is to be expected for any repair. My only comment is there were a couple scratches on the dashboard which I assume are from the detailing process. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend prestige auto body to anyone!
