Overall the experience with your Team has been great. There were a few things, however that did not go quite as expected. Where your Team, specifically Shaun Hawkins really shined was how those concerns were handled! In a service business things are bound to go wrong and sadly these days it is rare to find people and organizations that truly stand behind their work and do the right thing for their customers. My husband & I had a very good experience. We would definitely recommend this body shop. We didn’t have to worry about picking up the rental car. They had that vehicle available on site. Every time that I called with a question they were right there to address it. They did a great job with our vehicle. We can’t thank them enough for their service. Our vehicle looks brand new again.
