There are not words to describe how grateful I am for this business. From start to finish, the folks at Prestige auto body were responsive, generous, timely, and most of all, incredibly kind. Jay and Ashley (I believe that’s her name, and I’m so sorry if it’s not) that I spoke with on the phone were very helpful. The work looks great on the car. The process was a bit painful. I was told at drop off that it would take 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately it was a month and I am going to have to chase the offenders insurance for additional rental reimbursement due to the extended time. Communication was also a bit confusing from the automated system. On one day I received two conflicting messages about expected completion timeframe, which made expectations for completion confusing.

Quality of work was great. I had issues with communication at first but I think that was mainly on my dealerships end not them. Once I called and was able to speak with Shaun he was responsive and they got everything done very quickly.

From the initial estimate, where I learned more about the claims process from Jim than I did from Amica my insurance company of 25 years, to the tremendous effort and professionalism that I experienced from the ladies in the front office diligently trying to solve a problem that arose through no fault of their own, and doing so, to the absolute sterling body work and cleaning that was performed on my Toyota Camry, I am beyond impressed. In a world where mediocrity has apparently become the norm, it is encouraging to see an organization like Prestige that strives for perfection, and certainly in my case, obtained it. From the initial estimate conducted by Jim whereby I learned more about the claims process than I did from Amica my insurance company of 25 years, to the professional and incredibly empathetic attention I received from the ladies in the front office, whereby they worked diligently to solve a problem they didn't create, and sending me updates, to the absolute sterling bodywork, as well as the thorough cleaning of the interior, I couldn't be any more pleased. Just a bit more on the bodywork, which is just incredible, the paint match, the seams around the bumper are aligned perfectly, just an A+ experience all around. In a world that seems to accept mediocrity, it's nice to see a group of people that strive for excellence and certainly in my case, achieved it. Believe me it is appreciated!
