The quality of the work is fine however the service experience was frustrating. They had my car for a total of 5 weeks. Communication by text was okay for the first week, then no communication until my 30 day rental was about to expire. Luckily the insurance company extended my rental another 7 days at my request. Coordination with the Mercedes dealer for mechanical problems was a last minute ordeal. The general manager did call to apologize to me at the very end which I appreciated.

Fantastic job and even ordered me a new rain guard that they didn't realize broke in the repair process. I sure hope I don't get into another accident but if I do, I'll certainly use Prestige Auto again!
