Our prior experience has been exceptional. This time around, I felt the communication and email exchange was not on. I was asked to send a signed document of which I did upon the second time being asked. The individual stated it was not received and it was slightly frustrating on my part. As a busy business owner, text communication would have been easier and quite frankly is what I signed up for. After placing a call, another associate was able to confirm that the form Was indeed received. It is not clear if this delayed the repair of my car. Other than this incident, the service was good. I did expect more text message communication with updates.

I’ve had 2 previous repairs and was very satisfied. After this debacle I will not recommend nor will I be likely to return.

Dropped off on Monday with anticipated completion by Friday. Don’t look at it u til Thursday and I only knew that because I called. No calls no texts.
