I was very satisfied with admin staff and quality of work. My only issue was that the technician never called and I had to pursue him. When repair plan changed, I had to explicitly ask if pricing change had occurred because this info was not communicated. My work did not start 'on time' so car was not done when anticipated. I understand scope changed once looked at vehicle, but I would not know this except that I had to keep calling because technician was not letting me know. Again actually work was excellent.

I was very pleased with the repair that my car went in for. I also had a small scratch on my liftgate and they said they would touch it up. It wasn’t done when I picked up my vehicle, but someone went out back real quick and got some paint. I’m grateful they took the time to do it before I drove it off the lot, but it looks worse than before. The paint doesn’t blend well with my vehicle color, it honestly looks like white out was used on it.
