The repair work done on my car was expeditious and complete. The car was cleaned on both the inside and outside. The staff was easy to work with. I hope I never have another accident but it I do Prestige will be doing the repair.

I am extremely happy with the work completed on my 2017 nissan murano. The adjuster was fantastic, sarah at the front desk is a delight to work with , shaun the manager was very professional, personable and polite. Getting my car fixed was easy and not stressful. Prestige Auto Body repaired my (2025) "Highland" [TESLA] Model 3 Dual Motor, Long Range EV Sedan in a timely manner, and they restored my Vehicle to like new condition.

The ENTIRE TEAM at Prestige Auto Body was very helpful and worked with me to get my TESLA Model 3 repaired correctly and promptly, despite being thwarted at almost every stage of the Repair Process by the unhelpful processes, procedures and practices of the Automotive Insurance Carrier whom represented the Gentleman whom drove his vehicle into my TESLA, in a parking lot. This kindly (elderly) Gentleman immediately accepted full responsibility for the accident that he caused - which, admittedly was 100% his fault - this said, his Insurance Carrier did not (in my opinion) act in a manner that one could reasonably say was in accordance with the Best Practices of an Automotive Insurance Carrier, whose nominal obligation is to make the Parties to a Claim, whole, following the accident that initiated said Claim. Despite the difficulties encountered by Prestige Auto Body - in dealing with the Automotive Insurance Carrier (and their Agents) - during the process of resolving my Claim to have my TESLA repaired; Prestige Auto Body was able to help navigate this process as well as any Automotive Repair Business could have, when dealing with the unhelpful personnel at the Insurance Company, which was ultimately responsible for paying for the Damage to my TESLA EV. I will recommend to all my Friends and Family Members that if they ever need to have a vehicle repaired, in the future - as a result of a motor vehicle accident involving one of their vehicles - that they should contact Prestige Auto Body (licated at 200 Frontage Road, in Manchester, New Hampshire), to have their vehicle(s) repaired, in the years to come. It was a real pleasure working with Jay and Sarah, in particular, to get my TESLA Model 3 repaired both correctly and as promptly as possible, especially given all the obstacles placed in the way of this process, by the Insurance Carrier in question, in this particular case.
