A 10 would have mean the company went above and beyond. However, a 9 I feel is fair based on no transportation being offered to my home which would have cost the company $10 to get me an Uber Ride for $1800 worth of business that I could have given to another qualified body shop. Again, it’s not the $10, it’s the principal.
