This will be my last time using Preston. I am very satisfied with the work and customer service. But when I received my car back my daughters Nintendo 3DS was missing. She put it in the pocket of the seat when we exited the car and took her tablet instead. I know no one will admit to taking anything. I just don't understand who would take from a child! Or think that it would go unnoticed that it was missing. As stated earlier service was good. But finding a missing item is ridiculous!

When I dropped off my car the parts were supposed to be there Monday. Preston was supposed to have it only 2-3 days. Wednesday I was told it was in the paint shop. Thursday I was told that Wednesday person was wrong, they must have misspoken ( they had more then one rouge) The parts were just delivered. Friday I was told it was in the paint shop. Monday I called and it was being cleaned for pick up.

I was told 2-3 days. It was 7 disorganized, told 2 different reasons. The parts were supposed to be there and didn't get there till 3 days later. I did t want to pay for a rental for 7 days.

was told my rental car would be at the body shop when i brought my car in...it wasn't. Also was told i could drop rental back at body shop...that didn't happen either. also asked to have someone call me with my grand total...that didn't happen either e
