I would tell them everyone else I know was happy with their work but I was not and explain what was good and what I was not satisfied about. If I still had my car I would show them unless it is corrected elsewhere by then.

Multiple people I personally know gave me good reports on their collision repairs done here. I did not have that same experience. Mechanically not much repair work was needed and so far overall seems to be ok. My hood, bumper, and one fender were replaced. Being told “that is the way it is supposed to look” when I look at same model cars (current and similar year to mine on car lots and in parking lots) and the hood does not look that way. Being told “ We will correct anything that is wrong no matter how many times you come back” shouldn’t be necessary. Multiple trips so they can try to correct what I visually see is wrong plus the replaced bumper that kept coming loose was not what I feel should happen. Maybe because this is the first time I have experienced an accident of this magnitude is part of why I have higher expectations than this body shop. I also value opinions of other collision centers which said they “would not have let it out of our shop looking like that.” My insurance company said I had to continue to work with this collision center. I understand that is the commitment/agreement since they are certified by my insurance company. My insurance company paid for the March AM parts to be replaced with August OEM parts. The hood still does not look centered right. I refused to let them try to adjust it again the day I picked it up at the time they scheduled as I had something I wanted to do. I had already been there for an hour waiting. So far nothing has shifted in position in the week I have had it :).
