The rental I was given was filthy it had used tissues on the floor I sent a SUV with a tank of gas and the SUV I received was on empty the rear seats were turned down and the outside of the SUV was dirty also the SUV interior smelled like marijuana. I spoke with someone about the issues but this should not happen to anyone else

Josh B. in collisions was one of the nicest and most professional people I have ever met. He provided great communication and was very accommodating from start to finish. The young lady who answers the phones in the collision department, I believe her name is Lori was professional and friendly, providing great conversation as I waited. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from Preston Chevrolet and they employ a great staff in all the departments.

There was a disconnect between body shop and insurance. After a week of not hearing from either one. I contacted them both. To find they appeared to be waiting on each other. That call got the ball rolling again.
