The work that was done was excellent. Working with Maggie in your office was outstanding. Unfortunately, your estimator forgot to inform me about your $150 auto scanning charge. I was shocked to see the final bill. The wheel work was $219.00 and the total bill was approx $380.00. In discussion with her I explained I was never told about this charge, her estimate was approx $250.00. There was nothing on any of the paperwork I signed. I assume she forgot to tell me about it. She did discount the charge, but I am not pleased. All charges should be presented at time of the quote. This left me with a distrust of your company.

If anybody has Geico Insurance, from start to finish they kept me well informed and did an amazing job from that. From the management down to the people that did an amazing job from now on or let me rephrase that if I ever get into an accident, I know exactly who to go to and they keep you well informed of what’s going on so if you have any problems, you can call them direct to talk with the adjuster online on your behalf. I highly recommend the shop because the quality of work that was done for my truck was amazing and from now on hopefully I don’t have to go through this again, but if I do, I know that Geico takes pride with the way they handle the work that needs to get done and I wouldn’t . As long as you have comprehension and collision and what they called this accident was an act of transaction
