Prime was great at getting us in and handing our claim with State Farm. We are very pleased with the work that was done and the timely fashion. We also loved the text options to be able to check in on our repair. We will be using them again.

Not really happy. They had my car for two weeks which I think is ridiculous. While waiting for parts the due date was changed twice and they never called me to let me know what was happening. I had to call twice looking for my car. I understand supply chain issues may have played a roll but they could have done a much better job of keeping me in the loop. To have someone’s car for that length of time for a repair that was around $2000.00 is ridiculous in my opinion.
