While staying at a hotel. They had some painting done on their building. Drift from the paint got all over our car. Priority Auto Body removed the paint and brought back the shine. It was a big job. I am satisfied with the outcome and just hope that the life of the paint on the car will not be shortened.

When i brought my truck in the tailgate would open. Now it doesn't open at all. When I got there to pick it up the truck was dead. They jumped the truck and sent me on my way. Since it was an auto claim from someone elses insurance it was denied to get fixed or diagnosed. I guess I would just expect them to look at it and fix it since it was working when I took it in to them.

Most of the body work was ok, saw scratches on outside of the liftgate in the paint, about a 3 inch scratch on the rear lift gate. Inside rear liftgate area carpeting had white dog hair all over in the carpeted area. We dont own a dog. Car was also driven about 4 miles according to my odometer readings, not sure why the vehicle was driven from the repair shop property. Not happy with the scratches, pet hair, and mileage driven with my vehicle.
