I worked with Tony. My vehicle was a total loss. It was all cosmetic. Tony worked with me to get my vehicle road worthy. They even found some cheaper options for new parts to reduce the cost of me keeping the vehicle. Their admin team was polite responsive and helpful as well. I will always use Priority if I ever have any body work that needs to be addressed on my vehicle. They excel at customer service. Additionally, I got my vehicle back a day earlier than I expected. That meant a lot. I did not have to extend my rental car due to delays and it made a situation that was already stressful a little lighter. Thank you Tony and Priority. I appreciate you.
