To be fair, I've always been very loyal to another local shop. He couldn't accommodate these repairs because the affected vehicle was unusually large. But Priority nailed it. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Aaron took the time to review a competitor's estimate line by line against his own. He was honest and even reevaluated the vehicle to ensure his own figures were on point. They provided shuttle service to streamline vehicle pickup and dropoff. The office staff provided weekly updates, and one of the techs called me with questions and suggestions. At one point, they actually called to say they weren't happy with one of the repairs and asked to keep it longer so they could redo it. The customer service was excellent in all respects.

Horrible communication. Multiple times was told they would call me with an update or time frame repair would take. They never called. I would have to call them. Tell my story to multiple people and wait for a call back.
