They all were extremely kind. I only gave it a 7 because I was originally told by the estimator that it would be done in 3 days after I drop it off. On the 3rd day, someone else told me it would be done in a week! I had planned a weekend trip and had to borrow my parent’s truck. I paid for an oil change in the truck to be able to take it on the trip but while I was getting the oil changed I got a call that the car was done. It took 4 days. I think the staff need to communicate better about when the vehicles will be finished.

After the deer car episode, my car looks fantastic. You can't even tell that the whole driver's front fender across the front of the grill and everything behind and in between was damaged. Priority always does a great job.

The front desk staff, Aaron, (who provided the first estimate) and the adjuster who looked into it after it was taken apart.. All of them provided great feedback and communication as the process moved forward. I appreciate all the information that was shared along the way.

Service estimator was great. Owner however called me after and contradicted everything service estimator had explained and my estimate tripled. After communicating with them both on my dissatisfaction of how it was quoted and later changed once they had my vehicle there was no attempt to compromise or reduce cost.
