I went there because it made the process easier because they are a preferred provider. I would have gone with a different place if Allstate had told me it would make the process easier.

I found the gentleman that helped us on intake short and didn’t really answer my questions well and to be honest seemed annoyed to be having to answer them. I’m not sure if he was stressed or busy but it came off as not wanting to help. I had never done this process before and was very uneasy and had questions about the dents and how bad it was etc but he seemed annoyed and even laughed at one point when I asked a question that I didn’t realize was dumb but I guess was. Im guessing since he does this job everyday he gets annoyed with all the questions that to him are dumb that other people might not know but it came off arrogant. My insurance agent said the company worked well with her and she got everything she needed timely so that was good

Took vehicle in for hail damage, they got me right in and got me in a loaner vehicle. Truck was done quick and looked awesome! Staff went the extra mile making sure I was happy with the repairs.
