Very careful with bumper removal and installation but the installation was sub-par and was not OEM. The technician used a Scotchlok instead of the OEM wiring harness and the accessory is subject to corrosion of the wire. every google search says that the way the mechanic approached the issue is subpar and is a shortcut. it is guaranteed to fail in 1-3 years due to the fact that the wire is exposed to the elements with no protection. scotchloks are not waterproof and the side marker light harness will fail in months to years. after a car wash, the area around the exposed wire was wet. The technician said they wouldn't cut any wires yet they cut the insulation off a wire to use a vampire tap instead of properly wiring to the fusebox, which is the only approved OEM way (which i found out after the fact but thought the shop would do since they said they would check Mercedes WIS-net for proper instructions). home depot Scotchloks should not be used under the hood of car, let alone a $250k brand new vehicle where it is subject to vibration and moisture and will fail.

Diana is great, but disappointed that shop did all the work of taking off the bumper only to do a non-OEM install and take a really cheap shortcut.

Pristine for sure. They fixed a heat shield for me for free so I felt loyal to their customer service. As soon as I had an accident claim I trusted them with my car. And it came back looking better than before. Detailed finish. Will trust them again.
