I originally came in for a repair on the rusted windshield sill of my red Jeep and was quoted around $1,500. I was later told that if I stored my wrecked blue Jeep with them, I’d receive a discount on that sill repair. They ended up billing my insurance co around $2,000 in storage fees, and when I returned to follow up, the quote for the sill repair had increased to $3,000, about double, apparently because the owner/manager decided $1,500 wasn’t worth the trouble and claimed the entire roof now needed to be replaced (it doesn’t). Hardly a deal for me, but a solid payday for them. That said, the staff was consistently polite and professional, which I appreciated. I just wish the pricing and communication had been a bit more transparent.

I had a very nice experience with Pristine Collision Center to repair my Lexus SUV last week. Excellent service with professional work and reasonable price. Harry and Diana made the whole process very easy and smooth that far beyond my expectations! The car looks like brand new with lifetime warranty. Acutely my previous Lexus suv had very nice service as well. It was five years ago. Much appreciated for their work. I highly recommend to have your vehicle repaired at the shop and you will never regret!
